    Thank you Barbara for more wonderful yoga routines. This DVD shows an older Barbara than my original dvd with Barbara as the yoga coach but her continued flexibility and physical abilities are the proof that regular yoga practice positively impacts one's stamina, balance, strength and flexibility. By adding more dvd's to my collection - I've found that the variety in routines is holding my focus better and i've made yoga workouts a regular part of my weekly exercise routines. My overall balance and strength is much improved. I'm able to mix and match workouts to suit my needs - whether it's a morning wake up stretch, an evening unwinding session or a routine to ease muscle tension after engaging in other activities or sports. I think yoga over 50 is good for someone over 50 like me but also those under 50 too. Some friends (under 50) who've tried routines with me also enjoyed them.
