    I like the specific instructions and the attention to breathing. I would like to see closed caption as I have a hearing problem. There are a few things I can't quite hear her say.

    As a former yoga teacher I must say that instructor Barbara Benagh does a superior job of leading you through poses that increase flexibility and strength as well as releasing stress. I find myself smiling as I move quietly through the routine. I have noticed that I am calmer and use the breathing techniques as I exprerience stressful situations at work. This DVD is worth a million!

    I all but gave up on doing yoga until I found this DVD. Classes are too expensive and didn't fit well with my schedule. Other "beginner" DVDs I tried were either way too slow or way beyond this beginner.

    I've had this for a month and I use it 2-4 times a week. It's challenging enough to make me feel like I have something to work towards but not too hard that I get discouraged. The directions are so good. After the first couple times of doing a routine I don't even have to look at the tv. You can get it right just by listening and doing what she says. If you want to do yoga but haven't found the right DVD to make everything click for you, try this one.
