  1. Addicting!

Posted by Unknown on 17th Apr 2011

I agree with the enthusiastic reviews. I started out with the single DVD Yoga for Stress Relief, which I love to follow the routines and mix and match to make my own routines. I ordered the 3 DVD set and found more richness in the other two DVDs as well. The AM/PM Yoga for Beginners is slightly more strenuous than the Stress Relief DVD, when you want a stronger stretch. The Yoga for Inflexible people is a misnomer. It is really a yoga tutorial for proper alignment of the basic stances that is really helpful for learning. It also can get pretty strenous as you advance through. I go to my instructor once in awhile, but I use these DVDs every day!

  2. Amazing Resource

Posted by Unknown on 11th Nov 2010

I loved Yoga for Inflexible people, so many routines and guidance how to do postures when you have limitations. I just started Yoga For Stress Relief...with 5 hours of routines! Not only is there so much offered, this is a high quality productions...well paced narration, nice scenery and good guidance. I am here to buy these DVDs for myself, as I had checked them out initially from Netflix and my local library.

  3. So many great yoga routines!

Posted by Unknown on 17th Jul 2010

There are so many yoga routines on this that you can always learn something new - especially for people new to yoga. The teaching is really good and I love the interviews with the Dalai Lama. His insights on relaxing the mind and meditation are great - also on how to find happiness.

  4. Great DVDs

Posted by Leisha Carnie on 29th Mar 2010

This set of DVDs covers everything you need - if you are starting out and need extra work, to targeting issues to having workouts to wake up and go to sleep to.

I borrowed one of the DVDs for a couple of weeks from a friend who has been practicing a few years and who started out with the one to increase flexibility. (She also has the other DVDs and uses them all the time) This DVD is very good to get you started if you have not done yoga or are early in your yoga practice, really helped me get a basis with assistance and then move along.

Stress Relief is usuable by pretty much anyone with routines designed to help stress issues, digestion, hips, neck and so on. The relaxtion routines are easy to do and very effective. Though Stress relief has some routines for morning and evening, AM/PM has a wide variety of routines for the morning and evening.

I was able to mix and match as I worked through things and there is a ton of variety. Will be able to use this for a long, long time.
