Great for building strength. I have chronic illness that makes almost any exercise difficult but I can manage to work through the basics of this & can see that if my health improves there is still room for me to increase the level at which I do these exercises. Nice, easy to follow instruction, very clear. Very relaxing. I've never done Qigong before & really enjoyed this.
